- How does the 15-day free trial work?
- If you cancel a paying plan within 15 days of signing up, you won’t be charged a thing. If you choose to cancel your account in the future, you will not be charged the following month. Refunds can not be issued after your initial 15 day trial and we don't prorate for partial months.
- Do I get a 15-day free trial if I upgrade?
- If you upgrade from a free account to a paid account, you are not eligible for the 15-day free trial. The 15-day free trial only applies if you sign up for a paying plan now. And yes, you can downgrade later if you need to.
- What do you offer for _________ organizations?
- From time to time, we do offer discounts or special plans for certain types of organizations. Go here to find out if your organization qualifies.

- What if I have multiple products?

Each UserVoice account is set up on a single portal with one domain (
youraccount.uservoice.com), and one design.If you don't require separate branding for each product, then you can have a single company-wide UserVoice account, and create multiple forums for each of your products.
If you want a separate domain, design, or set of admins for each product, then you'll want to create an individual portal for each product.
